A good Russian porcelain figure by the Imperial Porcelain Factory in St Petersburg period of Nicholas I (1825-55), of a shoe pedlar carrying a box of colourful footwear slung around his neck, with tied pairs of boots hanging from one arm and his shoulder, raised on a scrolled edge base, blue factory mark, 14.5cm.
