A fine Chinese red cinnabar lacquer circular box and cover 18th century, intricately carved in relief to both sides with a ferocious scaly dragon writhing amongst crashing waves, a fitted stand, 10cm dia. (3)
Provenance: from the collection of Luís Esteves Fernandes (1897-1988).
