A Japanese gold lacquer rectangular box and cover, kobako early 19th century, the rectangular cover decorated with a circular panel in togidashi showing a Chinese woman peering from behind a curtain, the panel on an okihirame ground, the interior in dense nashigi and with silver rims, 8.5cm. (2)
