λ A Chinese carved ivory fan 19th century, the wide sticks finely depicting many small figures amidst huts and in boats, beneath pine, willow and fruiting trees, painted to one side with figures and attendants with fans in pagodas, the figures' faces applied in ivory, and to the other with five oval panels containing landscape scenes, a fitted silk box, 55.2cm.
