λ A good Chinese ivory snuff bottle 19th century, carved in relief depicting Yu Boya visiting Zhong Ziqi to discuss the music of qin before a mountainous landscape and a pagoda, with pine and clouds, a band of key fret to the shoulder, 9cm.
Provenance: formerly in the collection of the late Brigadier Cecil Francis Drew.
