A fine pair of George III mahogany serpentine commodes, with rosewood crossbanded and fine boxwood and ebonised strung tops, above three long drawers with replaced pierced brass plate handles, on shaped aprons and splay bracket feet, 33¾in (85.7cm) high, 46in (116.5cm) wide, 20in (51cm) deep. (2)
One commode inscribed with the initials A.E.W to the underside of each drawer.
