λ A Chinese stained ivory circular hand mirror 18th/19th century, delicately carved to the reverse with a panel depicting scholars and attendants in a garden before a pagoda with pine and rockwork, the border with scrolling foliage and auspicious objects, the handle's mount formed as a large bat, the terminal with scrolling designs and smaller bats, a silk tassel with endless knots, 28.3cm.
