Description
A Chaffers Liverpool blue and white hexagonal teabowl or beaker c.1756-60, the finely potted body painted with the Chinese Floral pattern, a stylized spray of Oriental flowers to each facet, the rim with a diaper and flowerhead border, 6cm high.
Exhibited: Albert Amor Ltd, 1990 Exhibition, 18th Century English Chinoiserie Porcelain. Partial paper label for the Mrs D MacCallum Collection.
