A Castel Durante maiolica albarello or pharmacy jar mid 16th century, the waisted cylindrical body inscribed 'Gra.de.Anetra' on a scrolled banner, and the initials of the pharmacy 'GF', all beneath a crowned black eagle, all within a fruiting leafy garland, 19.5cm.
