With a detachable clip to hold the handcuffs together. Maximum internal diameter 6cm. And a pair of matching gold drop earrings set with rubies and diamonds with detachable batons. Each handcuff, chain and earring stamped with slightly obscure mark for Kutchinsky 750.193g in total.
