Description
An impressive pair of French sapphire and diamond cluster earrings, each earring is set with a pear shaped sapphire within a surround of graduated circular brilliant cut and marquise shaped diamonds in yellow gold. Makers lozenge mark R.S and assorted French control marks.
Accompanied by report number 66881 from SSEF, Switzerland dated 4th March 2013 stating that the pear-shaped sapphire weighs 10.206cts, measures 17.00 x 10.28 x 7.18mm, the colour is blue of medium strong saturation. With no indications of heat treatment. Origin: Burma.
