A Royal Worcester cabinet plate date code for 1939, the well with a lotus-shaped panel; painted by James Stinton with a pair of pheasants in woodland, within a wide elaborate textured gilt rim of lotus panels and foliate motifs, gilt mark, titled 'Specially made for Asprey's', 23.5cm.
