Description
A Chinese red cinnabar lacquer rectangular jardinière Qianlong/Jiaqing, carved in relief with shaped panels containing deer and cranes amongst rockwork and pine, with borders of bats amongst scrolling foliate and key fret designs, all on a geometric floral ground, the flared body raised on four ruyi-shaped feel, the base and interior lacquered black, 31.5cm.
