Description
A Chinese lavender jadeite vase 20th century, elaborately carved as a large fish dragon, the reverse with smaller chilongs contesting flaming pearls of wisdom, the stone with apple-green striations, together with a soapstone carving of two peony blooms issuing from a branch, with insects climbing to one side, the former with a wood stand, 12.7cm. (3)
