A Chinese pink sgraffito ground medallion bowl six character Daoguang mark in underglaze blue and probably of the period, painted to the exterior with four roundels of auspicious things on a formal floral ground, the interior painted in blue with a small animal beneath a leafy tree and with four flower sprays, 14.7cm.
Provenance: a private Austrian collection.
