A Chinese famille verte plate Kangxi 1662-1722, brightly enamelled with four deer in a fenced garden, with two cranes above, encircled by eight interlocking ruyi-shaped panels containing lotus, chrysanthemum, peony, prunus and other plants emerging from rockwork, the reverse with a ding mark, 27.3cm.
