A silver salver,
by Joseph Carter, London 1809,
rectangular form, gadroon border, the centre with an armorial, on four bracket feet, length 28.5cm, approx. weight 25.5oz.
The arms are those of Richard Norris of Basing Park, Hampshire, who was High Sheriff of Hampshire in 1814.
