A rare Coalport armorial sauce tureen and cover c.1820, the rectangular shape painted with small floral arrangements reserved on a primrose yellow ground, the cover with a crest of a griffin's head issuing from a crown, the tureen's sides applied with foliate scrolls above masks, raised on four paw feet, restoration to one handle, 19.5cm across.
