Description
A large Meissen equestrian figure of Augustus III 20th century, after the model by F E Meyer, the Elector of Saxony and King of Poland wearing a red and gilt uniform with a blue sash, holding a baton in his right hand and the reins of his dappled steed in his left, blue crossed swords mark, incised 1796, 27cm high.
