Payne after George Bower, 1971, for the Turks and Caicos Islands, conjoined busts right, rev., the salvage operation, SEMPER TIBI PENDEAT HAMUS, 54mm (cf MI 619/33; Eim 285, note; cf MH 71; cf Betts 67), numbered on edge 223. Mint state.
