A pair of George III silver candlesticks,

by Emick Romer, London 1762,

Corinthian column form, pierced acanthus leaf capitals, on raised square bases with fluted decoration, one base filled, height 26cm, approx. weight of unfilled candlestick 12.5cm. (2)

Provenance: The Old Rectory, Little Langford, Wiltshire. Sold by order of Trustees of the Estate of the late Miss S.F. Rooke.
