An 18ct gold lift-arm lighter by Dunhill, the tall fluted body with an oval shaped sapphire set to the hinged extinguisher. Screw action flint container and detachable hinged cover for gas reservoir at the base. Numbered 70 + 113 and signed Dunhill Paris with French gold control marks. 6.2cm high.
