A Chinese pale celadon and grey jade snuff bottle 18th/19th century, the flattened rectangular body with rounded corners, raised on an oval ring foot, the stopper in pink tourmaline, the stone with variations to simulate a distant mountain range, 8cm.

Provenance: from the estate of Johanna Joan Austin, member of the Oriental Ceramic Society 1975-2013.
