A Chinese white jade rectangular openwork plaque 19th century, carved in shallow relief to one side with two deer beneath a pine tree, to the other with an inscription and mark which reads bieyou tiandi fei renjian, surmounted by a double happiness symbol between two dragons, 6.4cm.

Provenance: formerly in a private collection in the UK.
