Description

A Chinese apple-green jadeite reticulated oval pendant 18th century, carved with three gourds issuing from a leafy, gnarled stem, with large leaves encircling the fruits and with a single bat clambering amongst them, 5cm.

Provenance: an English private collection.

Accompanied by gemmological report number 08129 dated 9th July 2013 from The Gem and Pearl Laboratory, which states 'no evidence of treatment was observed'.
