λ A Chinese ivory-mounted peacock feather fan 19th century, the sticks typically carved with figures, trees, pagodas and flowers, the feathers extending to the eyes, contained in a fitted black lacquer box, the hinged cover painted with a panel containing figures, the fan 61cm across, the box 37.4cm. (2)
