P.L. de la Martin, O.B.E...with the compliments of Pang Fu Wah, Chairman, Lam Shu Chun, Vice-Chairman, and the councillors of Heung Yee Kuk, N.J., Hong Kong, 15th January 1968', an artist's signature, framed and glazed, 200cm x 60cm.
