A modern Chinese blue and white ovoid jardinière, painted with many boys playing games and engaged in activities amidst pine trees and rockwork, beside a river with lotus flowers and leaves, all within bands of key fret and stiff leaves, the base with a six character Jiajing mark, 44.5cm.
