Description
A George III Irish satinwood pier table, in the manner of William Moore of Dublin, the breakfront top crossbanded in kingwood and inlaid with stained sycamore stringing, above a panelled frieze centred an oval patera and with purpleheart panels above tapering legs with applied ankles, possibly Irish, 90.6cm high, 89.6cm wide, 37.6cm deep.
Provenance: Acquired by the present owner from Hawksmoor, Belgravia, c.1990.
