An 18th century Dutch hand coloured engraving of a view of Utrecht, with pinprick decoration, when illuminated giving the impression of the city at night, with inscriptions to the lower edge of the plate, 30.2 x 42.8cm, in a later glazed and ebonised moulded frame.
