Description
An Iznik pottery dish, painted in blue turquoise and ceiling wax red with four saz leaves, two tulips, two carnations and other flowers, issuing from a leafy tuft, the reverse with alternate tulip and flowerhead motifs. Some damages and repair. Late 16th century, 26cm.
