A Chinese wine cup, painted in iron red with two five-claw dragons above breaking waves. A tiny filled rim chip. Six character Xianfeng mark and of the period 1851-1861, 5cm. An identical cup is illustrates by the Chinese University of Hong Kong, The Imperial Porcelain of Late Qing, colour plate 87.
