A massive pair of Japanese blue and white jardinires, the bodies painted with pheasants amidst flowers and foliage, the necks with cranes and cloud scrolls. 19th century, 52cm. Across. (2) Provenance: Woolton House, Newbury, Berkshire. Sotheby's 6th/7th December 1993, lot 420.
