A George IV Provincial silver wax-jack,

by S and C Young and Co, Sheffield 1820,

plain column, scissor action wax holder and cutter, with a flame finial, with a conical snuffer and chain, the scroll handle with a leaf thumb-piece, on a circular foot, gadroon borders, height 14cm, approx. weight 6oz.
