A good Svres biscuit model of Les Mangeurs de potage, by Falconet after Boucher, showing two children drinking soup from an overflowing bowl, a basket of fruit and an open box containing a suckling pig are at their feet, an incised 'F' mark, c.1765, 18cm. The model was inspired by a Boucher drawing or by an engraving by Jean Daull, after Boucher.
