Description

A cased Adams percussion revolver, 5 shot 54 bore, No.40622, signed on the top strap ROBERT ADAMS. 76, KING WILLIAM STREET, LONDON., with an octagonal barrel, London proof marks, the cylinder numbered, the frame signed ADAMS PATENT No. 40622, with safety and diced walnut handle, 29cm long, in oak baize lined fitted case with C & J.W Hawksley copper and brass shot flask, bronze bore mould, cleaning rod, pewter oil bottle, a turned boxwood container with three nipples and a later nipple key.
