Description
A late 19th century gold enamel and diamond beetle form key wind pendant watch, unsigned, numbered 8524 and scratched with inventory number 1453. The case in the form of a beetle with hinged wings set with rose-cut diamonds on red guilloche enamel ground. Opening to reveal the plain white enamel circular dial, with cylinder movement. The insect's head set with further rose-cut diamonds and black enamel decoration. Realistically chased body. 5cm long (not including bale)
