Two pairs of Victorian silver-gilt Bacchanalian pattern ice tongs,

no apparent maker's mark, London 1881,

with claw bowls, the terminals with a crest, length 16.2cm, approx. weight 7oz. (2)

The crest is that of Elwes of Stoke and also Ballantyne of Holylee, Scotland.
