A Ralph Wood 'Sailor' Toby jug c.1785-90, seated on his sea chest with a foaming glass of ale in one hand, the other resting on the handle of an empty jug, wearing a yellow waistcoat beneath a pale brown coat, minor damages, 29.5cm.
