TWO CHINESE YIXING TEAPOTS AND COVERS

QING DYNASTY

Each with a square-section body and decorated in slip, one with landscape scenes in shallow relief, the other with bamboo, prunus and an island, the former with an impressed mark to the base which reads Shao Rui Yuan Zhi, 15.5cm. (4)

Provenance: the latter formerly in the collection of Arthur J Harris.
