A LARGE CHINESE RECTANGULAR PLAQUE BY ZHAN CHANGBIN
DATED 1ST AUGUST 1960
Depicting the Huangni Tou commune at the edge of the river beside a large tree, with two figures washing cabbages at the water's edge, with further figures and mountains in the distance, with an inscription and a seal mark for the artist, 29.8cm x 48.8cm.
Provenance: purchased from Chiang's Gallery, Hong Kong in 1999.
