A CHINESE WHITE JADE CARVING OF TWO MUSHROOMS

19TH CENTURY

The gills of each fungi finely carved, a small lingzhi fungus issuing from one side, the stone with faint russet markings, 5cm.

Provenance: an English private collection, formed in Hong Kong in the 1960s.
