A RARE CHINESE BLACK GROUND AND GREEN ENAMELLED DISH
SIX CHARACTER QIANLONG SEAL MARK AND OF THE PERIOD 1736-95
The shallow body with gently flaring sides, painted to the well with a central roundel depicting delicate flowers, lingzhi fungus and fruiting berry sprays emerging from rockwork, decorated to the rim's reverse with a continuous scroll of lotus flowers and foliage, 20.9cm.
Provenance: from a private collection in Nottinghamshire, formed in the 1970s and early 1980s.
