A CHINESE ARCHAISTIC BLUE GLAZED HU VASE
18TH CENTURY
Heavily potted, the ovoid body raised on a spreading foot and with two biscuit lion mask handles joined by concentric bands to the shoulder, decorated with a deep mottled blue glaze, the interior glazed white, 24.5cm.
Provenance: from the collection of Anthony Du Boulay, purchased from Christie's, 19th July 1982, lot 65 for £273.
