The lid decorated with an ornate jardinière containing a rock and bonsai on a nashiji background, the reverse with an owl perched on a flowering prunus branch, with two inner trays, one with the ink stone and water-dropper, the other decorated with a further prunus tree, unsigned, 21.4cm. (4)
