Description
A Chinese export porcelain plate 2nd half 18th century, finely painted with sprays of European flowers within a reticulated border, and a coffee cup painted with three brightly coloured exotic birds beneath a gilt chain border, 23.5cm. (2)
Plates of this type are known in Meissen and were copied by Longton Hall.
