Description
A rare Worcester high footed sauceboat c.1754-55, each side with a rococo moulded panel, printed in black in the 'Smoky Primitive' manner with chinoiserie scenes of figures with parasols and a Buddha in a temple, the interior with a European figure seated beside a Classical urn and blowing bubbles, some damages, 19.5cm across.
