Description
A sapphire and diamond-set yellow gold flowerhead brooch by Cartier, centred with nine graduated circular cut diamonds within two surrounds of graduated oval shaped blue sapphires and a border of eleven small diamonds. With eight oval-shaped surrounding yellow sapphires and a smaller oval shaped blue sapphire and graduated circular cut diamonds to the stem. 6cm high. Signed Cartier London 16 17.
