A CHINESE PALE CELADON JADE VASE
LATE QING DYNASTY
The elongated body carved as a section of bamboo, with leaves and lingzhi fungus growing from a smaller stem, a single long-tailed bird perched to one side, together with a fitted hardwood stand, 13.3cm. (2)
Provenance: the Benveniste collection, Montreal. Purchased in the 1960s and '70s.
