TWO CHINESE JADEITE MELON-SHAPED VASES AND COVERS

LATE QING DYNASTY

With leafy tendrils extending around the body, each with openwork stems forming the base, one with two squirrels clambering upon the fruit, the other with a crane and lotus finial, together with a shallow leaf-shaped dish, each raised on a hardwood stand, 14.6cm. (8)
